About the role
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets using Power BI and other analytical tools to uncover insights
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into databases, ensuring data integrity.
- Lead data analysis efforts, managing and executing complex data projects to support business goals
- Develop, maintain and optimize BI dashboards and Reports to support business needs, business decision-making and track key performance indicators
- Create visual representations of data to simplify complex information and aid in decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business reporting requirements and deliver insightful solutions.
- Present key findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders clearly and compellingly.
- Identify and investigate trends, anomalies, and opportunities within data sets to recommend actionable solutions
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance by implementing best practices in data management.
- Identify key metrics and develop data-driven strategies to support and achieve business objectives
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, contributing to high-level decision-making
