About the role
- Spearhead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for coaching across North America, ensuring alignment with Skillsoft’s broader sales and product goals.
- Partner with regional sales teams to identify, qualify, and close coaching opportunities. Provide coaching-specific sales training, tools, and support to reps.
- Act as the internal and external SME for Skillsoft’s coaching solutions. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of coaching opportunities. Drive strategic account planning and execution to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their coaching needs, present tailored solutions, and deliver compelling value propositions.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine offerings, develop messaging, and ensure successful delivery of coaching programs.
