About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently provide competent advice and support to customers by phone and email
  • Serve as a liaison to internal and field sales as well as external partners
  • Responsible for service and maintenance offers and order processing
  • Engage, schedule and coordinate external service providers
  • Analyze and process incoming fault reports and manage these and service requests in the ticketing system
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of customer service processes
  • Support the team leader and act as deputy in their absence
