Key responsibilities & impact

Independently provide competent advice and support to customers by phone and email
Serve as a liaison to internal and field sales as well as external partners
Responsible for service and maintenance offers and order processing
Engage, schedule and coordinate external service providers
Analyze and process incoming fault reports and manage these and service requests in the ticketing system
Contribute to the development and optimization of customer service processes
Support the team leader and act as deputy in their absence
