About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As part of a multi-member After Sales & Maintenance team, you independently provide competent advice and support to customers by phone and email
- You serve as the liaison between internal inside-sales and field-sales teams and external partners
- You are responsible for service and maintenance quotations and order processing
- You commission and schedule external service providers
- You analyze and process incoming fault reports and manage them and service requests in the ticketing system
- You contribute to the development and optimization of customer service processes
- As Deputy Team Leader, you support the Team Leader and cover for them during their absence
