About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple regions (UK, US, and Asia)
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and implementation partners
- Drive improvements in inventory visibility and fulfillment workflows
- Support integration of parcel shipping solutions and system enhancements
- Facilitate communication between technical and business stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong background in IT Project Management, ideally within supply chain or operations-focused environments
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes, particularly: Pick, Pack, Ship workflows
- Inventory management and fulfillment operations
- Experience working with or alongside ERP systems (Oracle experience is a plus, not required)
- Proven ability to manage external vendors and distributed teams
- Experience delivering projects involving fulfillment sites or inventory visibility
