About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide consulting for domestic and international leisure travel to clients.
- Create personalized itineraries for individual clients and groups.
- Research, book and issue tickets, accommodations and other travel services.
- Negotiate terms with suppliers and monitor changes, cancellations and rebookings.
- Advise clients on documentation, vaccinations and other travel requirements.
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring client relationships and satisfaction.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Minimum 2 years' experience handling international leisure travel.
- Proficiency in GDS (Sabre, Galileo or Amadeus).
- Experience assembling international trips with air and ground services.
- Knowledge of airline systems, consolidators, hotel and car rental systems.
- Intermediate level English.
- Have undertaken at least one international trip.
- Knowledge of geography applied to tourism.
- Good familiarity with international travel logistics processes.
