About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead e-commerce platform implementation projects from planning through delivery.
Provide technical management for a portfolio of clients, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Perform configurations, integrations, and parameterizations on e-commerce platforms and CRM systems.
Gather technical and functional requirements from clients.
Document processes, validate deployments, and monitor post-go-live support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree or higher.
Minimum of 2 years' experience with e-commerce platforms.
Hands-on experience with VTEX and Shopify.
Experience implementing and configuring e-commerce platforms.
Experience with system integrations.
Experience providing consultative client support.
Preferred / Nice-to-have
Experience with CRM implementations.
Knowledge of integrations with ERPs, payment gateways, and customer support platforms.
Process-oriented profile with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
