About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop Growth and Performance strategies for B2B demand generation.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze the marketing funnel and propose data-driven improvements.
  • Build and optimize automation flows, customer journeys, lead scoring and segmentations in HubSpot.
  • Plan experiments, validate hypotheses and track their results.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and RevOps to optimize processes and conversions.
  • Prepare executive reports with analyses and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in B2B Digital Marketing with a focus on Growth, Performance and Automation.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot (automations, workflows, segmentations, lead scoring and reporting).
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Search Console (GSC).
  • Experience analyzing metrics, conversion funnels and channel attribution.
  • Experience with integrations between CRM and marketing platforms.
  • Experience operating paid media (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads and others).
  • Application of Artificial Intelligence in automation and performance marketing.
  • Knowledge in designing customer journeys and personalizing communications.
