Call Center Interviewer

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer survey questionnaires by phone
- Conduct interviews with individuals and businesses
- Accurately record responses in the systems used
- Ensure the quality and reliability of collected information
- Follow the scripts and procedures defined for each survey
- Contribute to meeting project targets and deadlines
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma (completed)
- Minimum of 1 to 2 months of related experience
- Good diction and verbal communication skills
- Good written communication
- Basic knowledge of telephony systems
- Computer with internet access for remote work
- Preferred: Previous call center experience; experience with opinion surveys or public-facing customer service; ease with digital tools and data entry systems
