B2B Business Development Executive

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect companies with potential to purchase corporate education solutions.
- Activate, qualify, and develop the company's contact base.
- Identify clients' training needs and challenges.
- Schedule and conduct diagnostic/discovery meetings with decision-makers and influencers.
- Record and track all sales interactions in the CRM.
- Support the preparation and presentation of commercial proposals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in B2B consultative sales.
- Experience in active prospecting and opportunity generation.
- Experience managing corporate relationships and identifying decision-makers.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and commercial follow-up management.
- Experience in lead handling and qualification.
- Preferred: Experience in corporate education, training and development, or corporate universities; experience selling courses, training, consulting services, or educational solutions; familiarity with LinkedIn and Social Selling strategies; experience in business consulting or corporate events; sales experience with companies in engineering, construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors; knowledge of Pipedrive.
