Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Analytical ability to interpret metrics and customer usage behavior.
  • Experience in SaaS companies focused on management software, ERP, or marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, especially Ploomes and ClickUp.
  • Experience with retention strategies, revenue expansion, and Customer Success methodologies.
  • Experience in the barbershop, beauty/aesthetics, or local services sectors.
