Sales Development Representative
SkillcertoSDR role responsible for qualifying leads and nurturing relationships in a real estate company. Collaborating with sales and marketing to drive business opportunities and success.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Make first contact with leads via email, phone and online platforms;
- Qualify opportunities and pass them to the sales team;
- Nurture leads from campaigns, events and inbound marketing strategies;
- Update the CRM with interaction details and history;
- Conduct strategic follow-ups throughout the lead journey;
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase conversions.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Minimum 6 months of experience as an SDR, in presales, or in commercial/customer-facing roles;
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as Pipedrive, HubSpot, RD Station, or similar;
- Experience in B2B relationship management;
- Experience working in the real estate market;
- Knowledge of outbound and inbound sales techniques;
- Experience with long sales cycles.
