About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support day-to-day corporate travel operations;
  • Assist with flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, and quotes;
  • Ensure operational organization and SLA compliance;
  • Log and track requests in internal systems;
  • Identify bottlenecks, failures, and opportunities for process improvement;
  • Co-create improvements, automations, and new workflows with internal teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, support, customer service, or related areas;
  • Currently pursuing higher education (university degree in progress);
  • Familiarity with productivity tools, metrics, KPIs, and operational organization;
  • Strong Excel skills and proficiency with digital tools;
  • Ability to log, track, and prioritize requests;
  • Interest in technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.
