- Assist in organizing the recruitment pipeline
- Update information in the system/ATS
- Provide support to recruiters throughout the selection process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
- Interest in working in Recruitment & Selection
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using digital tools
- Previous exposure to Recruitment & Selection (even at an academic level)
