About the role

  • Research and identify potential clients for our portfolio of AI solutions.
  • Conduct active prospecting via phone, email and social media, using structured cadences.
  • Generate and organize lists of qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Log interactions and updates in HubSpot CRM and use tools like Apollo to optimize prospecting.
  • Track metrics, adjust approaches, and contribute to sales growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a BDR working with consultative B2B sales and strong command of outbound techniques (cadences, hooks, and conducting qualified meetings).
  • Organized, resilient, and a clear communicator; enjoys research and learning about the real estate market and technology.
  • Advantages: experience in startups, knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, and experience with real estate developers/companies.
