About the role

  • Manage a portfolio of active clients with a focus on retention and growth

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager, or Support role in SaaS companies
  • Experience working with B2B clients and SMBs
  • Analytical capability to interpret metrics and usage behavior
  • Minimum education: High school diploma
  • Experience with management SaaS, ERP, or marketplace platforms (plus)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Ploomes and/or ClickUp) (plus)
  • Experience with retention and revenue expansion strategies (plus)
  • Experience in barbershops, beauty/aesthetics, or local services sectors (plus)
