About the role
- Support and train the HR team on compensation topics
- Prepare merit, promotion and retention proposals
- Be responsible for the personnel budget
- Build organizational structures together with HRBPs
- Participate in salary surveys and updates to pay scales
- Analyze data and prepare market comparison materials
- Lead cycles for profit-sharing (PLR), variable pay (RV) and total compensation budgeting
- Work with strategic HR KPIs and business intelligence (BI)
- Support automation projects and process improvements in the area
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Psychology or related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in compensation
- Knowledge of methodologies such as Hay, Mercer or Korn Ferry
- Experience with salary surveys and market benchmarking
- Intermediate to advanced Excel and data analysis using BI tools
- Project management experience (a plus)
- Experience in technology companies, M&A or high-growth environments (a plus)
