About the role
- Define the commercial strategy and translate it into growth targets
- Lead, develop and oversee the commercial team
- Analyze performance metrics and ensure revenue predictability
- Structure and optimize sales processes, CRM and commercial policies
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product and operations
- Lead strategic negotiations and manage relationships with key accounts
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in commercial management
- Experience with CRM and sales processes
- Knowledge of sales techniques and the sales funnel
- Experience with acquisition channels and demand generation
- Familiarity with ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads)
- Experience with lead tracking
- Experience using ClickUp as a CRM
- Prior experience in the legal market or a legaltech company
