About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Developing and implementing social media strategies and content plans for the entire Ebert HERA Group;
  • Managing and optimizing channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube and TikTok;
  • Creating, planning and publishing content (texts, visuals, short videos and posts) that appeals to the specific target group;
  • Monitoring performance using analytics tools and reporting on reach, engagement and growth, and translating this into concrete optimizations;
  • Communication management, responding to questions and comments via social media and contributing to the online reputation;
  • Supporting employer branding and recruitment: drafting and promoting job advertisements, setting up recruitment campaigns and assisting with recruitment via social channels;
  • Coordinating and switching between the various brand identities and stakeholders (marketing, sales, HR, technical team);
  • Setting up and optimizing social advertising campaigns (targeting, A/B testing, budget monitoring);
  • Social listening and competitive analysis; proactively identifying opportunities and reputation risks;
  • Collaborating with external partners (photographers, video production, agencies) and creating internal support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of the German language is an advantage.
  • Minimum higher professional education level; relevant education in marketing/communication is an advantage.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably B2B and/or in a technical or industrial environment.
  • Affinity with technology and the ability to present technical topics in an understandable and appealing way.
  • Experience and knowledge in the field of recruitment and selection: experience with recruitment campaigns via social media, knowledge of candidate funnels and experience with screening/shortlisting is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with AI tools for content creation, copy ideas, image generation and analytics (e.g. generative AI for drafts, tools for image/video and data analysis).
  • Strong copywriting and editorial skills; sense of tone of voice per brand.
  • Experience with social media tools (content planning, analytics, advertising platforms).
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
  • Proactive, organized, stress-resistant, skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously and analytical mindset.
