About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify opportunities to automate and optimize finance processes across Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and FP&A functions.
Design, develop, and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and control.
Drive finance transformation initiatives leveraging digital technologies and automation tools.
Develop dashboards, management reports, and analytical solutions using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
Utilize SQL, Python, MS Access, and other data technologies for process automation and reporting.
Analyze existing finance workflows and identify process improvement opportunities.
Partner with finance leadership and business stakeholders to understand operational requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Any Graduate (Finance, Commerce, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Applications preferred)
3–8 years of experience in Finance Transformation, Finance Automation, Finance Excellence, Shared Services Transformation, or Finance Analytics roles.
Strong understanding of Finance & Accounting processes.
Exposure to R2R, P2P, O2C, Financial Reporting, Controllership, Shared Services, or Finance Operations.
Understanding of financial data structures, reconciliations, reporting, and controls.
Must Have: SQL, Power BI and/or Tableau, Python, Advanced MS Excel, Data Analysis & Reporting Automation.
Preferred: RPA/Automation tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, Blue Prism, etc.)
Any additional certifications in Data Analytics, Automation, AI, BI Tools, or Finance Transformation will be an advantage.
