About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and train the user community of SKF engineering software.
Collect and indicate necessary steps to translate mechanical applications into calculation models.
Drive knowledge transfer to the SKF engineering community and software product engineer.
Organize user requirements and translate them into software enhancements.
Prepare information for tech-notes, documentation, webinars, and presentations.
Give tier 2 support to the SKF engineering community on technical issues.
Validate and verify software tools relative to user requirements.
Advise management on development in competence areas.
Document knowledge related to bearing applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

B.E in Mechanical or Automotive
Min 3 years experience
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
