Key responsibilities & impact

Managing customer inquiries and order intake
Guiding customers to the correct ordering methods
Creating and proactively following up on quotations
Managing Orderbook
Applying standardized digital tools and ordering channels
Actively participating in account teams together with Sales and Application Engineers
Managing and governing logistics parameters and execution setup in the system
Managing complaints and ensuring resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
perfect command of the office suite (especially Excel)
Fluent French and English are essential
Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) is a plus
autonomous yet team-oriented
resilient under pressure
dynamic, flexible, and proactive
open to regular travels to the French site near Paris
