About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Managing customer inquiries and order intake
  • Guiding customers to the correct ordering methods
  • Creating and proactively following up on quotations
  • Managing Orderbook
  • Applying standardized digital tools and ordering channels
  • Actively participating in account teams together with Sales and Application Engineers
  • Managing and governing logistics parameters and execution setup in the system
  • Managing complaints and ensuring resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • at least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • perfect command of the office suite (especially Excel)
  • Fluent French and English are essential
  • Knowledge of SAP (or other ERP systems) is a plus

  • open to regular travels to the French site near Paris
