About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide profitable technical, predictive, and proactive maintenance services to strategic customers to achieve or exceed the agreed KPIs.
  • Remote monitoring, vibration analysis, and periodic report writing for customers from multiple segments within expected delivery timeframes.
  • Creation of client databases and hierarchies, maintaining and reviewing the thresholds and attributes.
  • Achieve time utilization, and record accurately and in a timely manner as required into the system.
  • Engage in a high level of involvement with other Business units, and internal & external stakeholders to achieve the success of projects being handled.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Postgraduate/Graduate in Engineering in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, OR Equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ industry experience in the field of Predictive and Proactive Maintenance Services / Asset management / Condition Monitoring / Reliability services delivery.
  • ISO or ASNT Level III Certification (Vibration Analysis) and above.
  • Prior Shop floor experience in the field of Maintenance will be preferred.
  • Must have some experience in Visual Inspection, Lubrication practices, Vibration Analysis practices, and Basic Electrical knowledge of the applications from multiple industrial segments.
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of industrial rotating equipment with a focus on predictive maintenance technologies.
  • Must have computer applications proficiency (No programming required, but must have MS Office & web-based applications proficiencies)
  • Prior experience in handling Training Delivery will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work in a self-supervising working environment with complete ownership.
  • Exposed to multi-cultural, cross-functional communications and comfortable traveling, when needed.
  • Comfortable & adaptable to new-age analytical tools for diagnostics in condition monitoring.
  • Must have a presentable personality, interpersonal skills, and proficient communication skills in the English language (Both verbal & written).
  • Experience in cloud-based / remote monitoring will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Microsoft O365, etc, will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of SKF products & services will be an added advantage.
