About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and deliver a regional sales growth plan, including new business acquisition targets, competitor displacement goals, and account penetration priorities.
- Lead, coach, and hold the sales team accountable to prospecting discipline and opportunity conversion.
- Build joint growth plans with key distributor leadership.
- Execute pricing, value proposition, product, and go-to-market initiatives.
- Run monthly regional reviews to drive pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
- Coach and develop high-performance sales teams.
- Lead key customer and distributor relationships.
- Partner with pricing, quoting, operations, product and marketing teams.
- Monitor pipeline coverage, win rates, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/BA in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Industrial Distribution, or related field.
- Proven sales leadership with incremental growth and competitive share gain.
- Technical Skills: CRM, Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and value-selling skills.
- Extensive travel required.
