About the role

- Coordinate field service jobs from quote approval through completion.
- Schedule technicians, manpower, and job timelines.
- Communicate with customers regarding schedules, updates, and site requirements.
- Manage and update opportunities and job tracking lists.
- Review technician travel requirements and approve bookings.
- Coordinate equipment transportation and job logistics.
- Oversee compliance requirements for upcoming jobs.
- Review JSA submissions and ensure completion.
- Support operational planning and workload prioritization.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues.
- Ensure job documentation is complete and organized.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Customer-service mindset
- Industrial/service industry experience preferred
- Operations and logistics coordination experience
