Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define the Infrastructure Development Portfolio scope, negotiating priorities with Product Lines, PD&E leadership and resource owners.
  • Promote portfolio achievements internally to strengthen stakeholder buy in.
  • Lead Gamma boards preparation and chair Gamma board Governance meetings.
  • Actively drive and manage defined projects to align with strategic objectives and deliver expected results.
  • Clearly define, communicate and track decisions and trade-offs to maximize impact.
  • Monitor portfolio health, risks, progress and alignment with strategic technology and digital‑engineering roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across organization of PD&E, Digital Engineering & innovation, Product Management etc. and suppliers on projects resource and capability staffing.
  • Build, coordinate, and empower a community of experts across infrastructure domains.
  • Own and evolve the global engineering tool ecosystem by defining clear ownership and lifecycle strategies
  • Drive value realization through effective supplier agreements and long‑term external partnerships.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum Master, or equivalent project-management certification as a bonus
