About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee accounting policies, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Validate monthly closings, analyze variances, and deliver accurate financial statements.
Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Implement and monitor corporate accounting policies and internal controls.
Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring succession planning and growth.
Partner with operational units to improve financial results and provide analytical support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
5–8 years of experience in General Accounting, including team leadership.
Strong knowledge of IFRS & US GAAP.
Experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvement.
Advanced English proficiency.
Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
