About the role

  • Run your recruitment like project management: align with hiring managers, perform targeted sourcing, design relevant and smooth processes, and close candidates effectively.
  • Act as a demanding, strategic partner for teams: challenge requirements, gather transparent feedback, and provide end-to-end support to promote professional, structured recruitment methods.
  • Manage each stage of the process with rigor and transparency, always prioritizing the candidate experience.
  • Know how to prioritize and maintain high quality even when pace accelerates.
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of our approach: tools, reporting, processes, and documentation.
  • Become a key pillar of the Talent Acquisition team and champion our employer brand.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience focused on Sales, ideally in a scale-up or a specialized agency within an international context.
  • A well-developed, constructive critical mindset: you can analyze your processes, take a step back, and pursue continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to drive and challenge hiring managers on their expectations and to lead the definition of hiring needs.
  • Candidate experience is at the core of your practice: for you, every interaction matters. You create smooth candidate journeys with regular, factual feedback — even (and especially) when the answer is no.
  • A proactive, autonomous approach with a strong sense of ownership over your responsibilities.
  • Above all: you love what you do, bring energy to your work, and are continuously seeking to grow.
Benefits
  • Swile meal vouchers: 55% of your daily meals covered by Skello.
  • Group fitness classes: start the week right — we meet on Monday evenings.
  • RTT days (additional time off): 8 days (10 for our sales/BDR staff on hourly schedules) in addition to your paid leave to compensate overtime.
  • Carefully designed onboarding: a comprehensive program from your first week.
  • CSE Happy Pal: a platform with a €20/month subsidy for your sports and cultural activities.
  • Inclusive parental support: 5 additional days of leave if needed, a €175 birth bonus via Sidecare, and free health insurance for your children.
  • Remote work possible: a policy adapted to each team’s rhythm.
  • Central offices in Paris and Lille: located in vibrant city centers and easily accessible by public transport.
