About the role

  • Lead an agile squad, fostering autonomy, collaboration and collective performance.
  • Ensure delivery of the product roadmap in close collaboration with the Product Manager and Designers.
  • Define and drive the squad's technical vision in partnership with the squad's Senior Developer.
  • Facilitate technical rituals (code reviews, architecture sessions) and remain close to the code.
  • Develop each member's skills through coaching, mentoring and personalized career follow-up.
  • Continuously improve the squad's agile processes and development practices.
  • Actively participate in recruiting the future talent who will join your team.
  • Ensure technical synchronization and collaboration with other squads.

Requirements

  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience in full‑stack development across various languages/frameworks.
  • Familiarity with all agile concepts; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Strong end‑user orientation and excellent product sense.
  • Desire to understand and master your company’s business challenges.
  • Enjoy collaborating and working effectively within a team.
  • Professional level of English enabling you to contribute to our internationalization.
