- Find and hire top talent for the Spanish Market
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Source and contact candidates directly
- Manage the entire hiring process from first contact to job offer
- Provide clear and honest feedback to candidates and managers
- Collaborate with Head of People Spain and General Manager Spain during interview process
- Operate as a freelance Talent Acquisition resource based in Barcelona office
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (ideally with fast-growing tech company or sales recruitment agency)
- Native Spanish speaker
- Comfortable in English
- Sales mentality: hunting, convincing, target-driven and overachieving
- Proactive and able to work independently, taking full responsibility for projects
- Good at collaborating with hiring managers and teamwork
- Care about providing candidates a great experience
