About the role

  • Find and hire top talent for the Spanish Market
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Source and contact candidates directly
  • Manage the entire hiring process from first contact to job offer
  • Provide clear and honest feedback to candidates and managers
  • Collaborate with Head of People Spain and General Manager Spain during interview process
  • Operate as a freelance Talent Acquisition resource based in Barcelona office

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment (ideally with fast-growing tech company or sales recruitment agency)
  • Native Spanish speaker
  • Comfortable in English
  • Sales mentality: hunting, convincing, target-driven and overachieving
  • Proactive and able to work independently, taking full responsibility for projects
  • Good at collaborating with hiring managers and teamwork
  • Care about providing candidates a great experience
