About the role
- Own and evolve our brand narrative.
- Develop messaging frameworks that translate complex product features (e.g., Skello Intelligence) into clear customer benefits.
- Streamline the creative production process by writing clear briefs and managing the roadmap.
- Oversee day-to-day brand activations from ideation through delivery.
- Act as the brand authority, aligning Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure a unified voice and visual identity.
- Monitor the European market and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Requirements
- 3–5 years in Brand Management, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
- Comfortable switching between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Understand that the brand serves the product.
- Strong eye for creative work with the ability to evaluate and provide actionable feedback.
- Ability to connect brand initiatives to business outcomes (pipeline, conversion, retention).
