• Lead the entire legal function as a pragmatic business partner with a risk-based approach.
• Draft and negotiate CGS, CP, Annexes IA, DPAs, SCCs, NDAs, and KA.
• Handle complex negotiations with strategic suppliers and major accounts.
• Maintain the right balance between business and legal to apply pragmatic risk management.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, aligned with Skello's risk tolerance.
• Monitor regulatory developments, especially those affecting our clients' industries.
• Update registers and compliance processes, and manage data subject rights requests with operational teams.
• Work closely with Tech and Product teams to ensure Privacy by Design.
• Ensure proper corporate governance and monitor shareholding.
• Drive international expansion by setting up and managing subsidiaries.
• Strategically lead insurance renewals.
• Act as a trusted partner and advisor to all teams (Sales, Product, HR, Finance).
