Technical Recruiter

• The Technical Sourcer is a recruiting specialist focused on bringing in candidates and building a strong candidate pipeline of highly skilled engineers.
• Candidate Sourcing: Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for specialized technical roles (e.g. Automation Engineers, MES Engineers). Collaborate with the TA Partner to align sourcing efforts. Leverage creative sourcing methods including Cold Calling, LinkedIn, Zoom info, industry forums, meetups, alumni networks, and direct outreach. Build and nurture a pipeline of potential technical talent.
• Candidate Screening: Initiate contact and conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ technical skills and basic culture fit. Act as a Skellig brand ambassador. Document all sourcing activities and candidate interactions in the ATS. Present summaries of qualified candidates to the TA Partner weekly.
• External Positioning: Provide market insights on the technical talent landscape. Boost Skellig’s presence in online communities by participating in networking events, online forums, or meetups. Share content about Skellig and help position the company as an employer of choice among engineers.
