About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop Solid State Transformers for Datacenters.
- Lead electronics and product architecture development.
- Work as a subject matter expert in customer projects.

- Lead and plan research projects.

- Drive electronics development process and tool development.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analog and digital electronics design expertise (simulation, schematics, layout, EMC, thermal design, functional safety).
- Experience with product testing, qualification, and relevant standards.
- Proven electronics architecture design experience.
- Technical leadership and project ownership experience.
- Full product development lifecycle experience in automotive or similar industries.
- Good knowledge of electronics development tools and processes.
- Experience with electronics industrialization, EMS suppliers, and production test systems.
- Background in power electronics and energy storage applications.
- MSc or PhD in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
