About the role
- Define and execute our data‑driven People & Culture strategy "Top Performer" across multiple locations.
- Act as a strategic partner to leaders and a hands‑on HR leader who uses people data and insights to guide decisions.
- Improve performance, engagement and retention through people analytics and KPIs.
- Translate business needs and HR trends into long-term, insight-led people plans and OKRs.
- Drive high-performance culture, employer branding and change initiatives.
- Oversee People Operations, labor relations, employee experience, talent development.
- Ensure compliant and lean HR processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers.
Requirements
- Senior HR leadership experience in a fast-growing, international environment.
- Proven experience leading HR across multiple countries.
- Strong data-driven mindset and experience with people analytics.
- Strong knowledge of German labor law and employee relations; legal background or close legal collaboration is a major plus.
- Confidence partnering with senior leaders; hands-on and pragmatic approach.
- Fluent in German and English.
