About the role

  • Define and execute our data‑driven People & Culture strategy "Top Performer" across multiple locations.
  • Act as a strategic partner to leaders and a hands‑on HR leader who uses people data and insights to guide decisions.
  • Improve performance, engagement and retention through people analytics and KPIs.
  • Translate business needs and HR trends into long-term, insight-led people plans and OKRs.
  • Drive high-performance culture, employer branding and change initiatives.
  • Oversee People Operations, labor relations, employee experience, talent development.
  • Ensure compliant and lean HR processes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers.

Requirements

  • Senior HR leadership experience in a fast-growing, international environment.
  • Proven experience leading HR across multiple countries.
  • Strong data-driven mindset and experience with people analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of German labor law and employee relations; legal background or close legal collaboration is a major plus.
  • Confidence partnering with senior leaders; hands-on and pragmatic approach.
  • Fluent in German and English.
