About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Scale content creation while maintaining high coverage across countries and brands and increasing user satisfaction and retention
Manage content projects and the process of creating looks and outfits
Act as a bridge between the business and the stylist team
Optimize quantitative content-production metrics through automation and process improvements
Build and improve the process for evaluating the quality of results and the performance of the stylist team

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years in an operations role managing processes, statuses and deadlines
Experience coordinating teams or contractors, including stylists, creators or freelancers
Ability to maintain schedules, statuses and quality across multiple contributors
Strong operational skills with spreadsheets and data structures
Business orientation and critical thinking, including prioritization and fact-based decisions
Understanding of business goals and ability to adapt to changing priorities
Risk-management skills, including anticipating risks, escalating promptly and controlling dependencies
Proactivity and ability to act independently and propose options
Experience in content or creative production preferred
Experience in fashion, e-commerce or B2C products preferred
