About the role

  • End-to-end content production: planning, shooting, and editing video, text, and audio content
  • Contractor management: maintaining a database of content creators and coordinating their work across formats
  • Video content strategy development: defining themes, formats, and styles aligned with audience needs and product goals
  • Planning and organizing shoots
  • Ensuring content quality across all stages: pre-production, production, and post-production
  • Managing shooting schedules and timelines

Requirements

  • Experience working with a variety of content formats (video, text, audio)
  • Ability to evaluate content performance (including platforms like YouTube, Meta, etc.)
  • Experience in analyzing market trends, user behavior, and content performance using relevant tools
  • Solid background in content creation
  • Hands-on experience in video production and adapting content for different platforms
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Good sense of visual aesthetics and awareness of current content trends
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate fresh ideas.
