About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Employee administration
  • Manage administrative processes for employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Create and update employee files (contracts, amendments, mandatory documents)
  • Track absences and administrative events (paid leave, RTT, sick leave, etc.)
  • Monitor probation periods
  • Prepare HR administrative documents (attestations, certificates, official letters)
  • Manage enrollments and cancellations with the company health insurance
  • Organize medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work) and coordinate with occupational health services
  • Assist with collecting variable payroll elements
  • Assist in verifying information submitted to the payroll provider
  • Contribute to improving payroll processes, including through the use of AI
  • Manage training registrations and organize internal training sessions
  • Prepare and monitor funding files (OPCO)
  • Administrative follow-up of training activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently studying HR or Management — minimum Bachelor's level (equivalent to Bac+3)
  • Prior experience (internship/apprenticeship) in HR is a plus
  • Strong interest in administrative management and payroll/operational HR topics
  • Enthusiasm for digital tools and process improvement
  • Rigour, organization, and respect for confidentiality
  • Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Proficient with office software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
