About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Employee administration
- Manage administrative processes for employee onboarding and offboarding
- Create and update employee files (contracts, amendments, mandatory documents)
- Track absences and administrative events (paid leave, RTT, sick leave, etc.)
- Monitor probation periods
- Prepare HR administrative documents (attestations, certificates, official letters)
- Manage enrollments and cancellations with the company health insurance
- Organize medical examinations (pre-employment, periodic, return-to-work) and coordinate with occupational health services
- Assist with collecting variable payroll elements
- Assist in verifying information submitted to the payroll provider
- Contribute to improving payroll processes, including through the use of AI
- Manage training registrations and organize internal training sessions
- Prepare and monitor funding files (OPCO)
- Administrative follow-up of training activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently studying HR or Management — minimum Bachelor's level (equivalent to Bac+3)
- Prior experience (internship/apprenticeship) in HR is a plus
- Strong interest in administrative management and payroll/operational HR topics
- Enthusiasm for digital tools and process improvement
- Rigour, organization, and respect for confidentiality
- Good interpersonal skills and a service-oriented mindset
- Proficient with office software (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
