About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic enterprise accounts across Iberia
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers through CRM tools, LinkedIn, and personalized campaigns
  • Lead discovery calls to uncover pain points, demonstrate ROI, and align solutions with client objectives
  • Deliver tailored demos of our SaaS platform, showcasing value and addressing client challenges
  • Educate and reassure prospects on SaaS adoption, fostering trust and confidence
  • Act as a trusted advisor, nurturing long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements, ensuring smooth handoff to Customer Success
  • Stay informed on competitive trends and position our offerings effectively
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding evolving client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in MarTech, with a focus on enterprise accounts
  • Proven success in closing complex deals and exceeding revenue targets
  • Familiarity with Iberian Martech market including cultural and business nuances
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (additional European languages are a plus)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools
