Account Executive, Enterprise – Spanish Market

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of strategic enterprise accounts across Iberia
- Identify and engage key decision-makers through CRM tools, LinkedIn, and personalized campaigns
- Lead discovery calls to uncover pain points, demonstrate ROI, and align solutions with client objectives
- Deliver tailored demos of our SaaS platform, showcasing value and addressing client challenges
- Educate and reassure prospects on SaaS adoption, fostering trust and confidence
- Act as a trusted advisor, nurturing long-term relationships with enterprise stakeholders
- Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements, ensuring smooth handoff to Customer Success
- Stay informed on competitive trends and position our offerings effectively
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding evolving client needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in MarTech, with a focus on enterprise accounts
- Proven success in closing complex deals and exceeding revenue targets
- Familiarity with Iberian Martech market including cultural and business nuances
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- Fluent in Spanish and English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation tools
