About the role
- Ensure daily monitoring of cash inflows and outflows to maintain clear financial visibility.
- Prepare short- and medium-term cash forecasts to anticipate financing needs and optimize cash management.
- Perform bank reconciliations, analyze variances and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain the fixed asset register (acquisitions, disposals, depreciation).
- Record and track transactions, ensuring correct accounting and tax treatment.
- Collaborate with HR teams to integrate payroll variables and social contributions into the accounts.
- Prepare and post month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing entries.
Requirements
- Higher education in Accounting / Management / Finance (equivalent to Bac +3/5).
- Proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years) in general accounting, ideally in a multi-entity or SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with French accounting standards and competency with office tools (Excel, ERP, treasury tools).
- Accuracy, organization and analytical skills to ensure reliable accounting information.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with varied stakeholders (HR, Finance, Management).
- Proficiency in English is an asset in our international context.
