About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a strategic partner to Product squads, participating in routines and monitoring the development of new features
Analyze user behavior throughout the app journey, identifying opportunities to improve experience and engagement
Develop exploratory analyses to support product decisions and initiative prioritization
Create metrics, dashboards, and visualizations in Tableau to track the squad's key indicators
Build and optimize SQL queries for data exploration and creation of analytical datasets
Consume data from Databricks to support analyses and decision-making
Evaluate results of experiments and tests, measuring the impact of implemented initiatives
Work with app event data to understand behavior, conversion, and feature usage
Build data storytelling, presenting analyses and recommendations clearly for different audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hands-on experience with Tableau and strong SQL skills
Experience in Analytics focused on Digital Product
Knowledge of Google Analytics
English for reading technical documentation
Experience with experimentation platforms and A/B testing
Experience with PostHog or similar Product Analytics tools
Knowledge of Python for data analysis and Machine Learning
Experience consuming data via Databricks or another data warehouse
Familiarity with high-scale digital products
