About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute recurring campaigns with B2B partners, including briefing, support on strategy and channel structuring, and monitoring success metrics for initiatives
- Coordinate the planning and execution of partner launches, managing playbooks, timelines, campaign calendars, and delivery milestones with an end-to-end perspective
- Act as the point of contact for SMB partners, building strong, long-term relationships with strategic partners
- Build and monitor dashboards and performance reports (growth, engagement, conversion metrics), turning data into strategic decisions
- Connect internal teams (Product, Sales, Marketing and Branding) to ensure alignment and consistency in partner activities
- Document processes, providing project visibility and delivery timelines using project management tools
- Contribute to and generate business opportunities by bringing market intelligence and benchmarking, actively supporting increased engagement through partners, ensuring recurrence and continuous improvement of initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in B2B Marketing, partnerships, channel programs, growth or digital marketing focused on partners/corporate clients
- Experience with CRM and project management tools (HubSpot, RD Station, Asana, ClickUp or equivalents)
- Ability to manage project timelines and partner launch schedules with autonomy and strong organizational skills
- Proactive communication and ability to work effectively across multiple teams
- Experience in B2B growth and/or channel expansion with a regional growth mindset (highly desirable)
- Experience with LATAM operations or internationalization projects, especially managing time zones and Hispanic culture (highly desirable)
- Familiarity with the Telecom sector or companies with a strong commercial interface and partner ecosystem (highly desirable)
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau or Appsflyer (highly desirable)
- Advanced Spanish and/or English considered a plus for working with partners in other regions (highly desirable)
