About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and develop accounts within one of Skeelo's client portfolios, working with a strong farmer profile (focused on relationship building, retention, and account expansion)
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring a positive, long-lasting relationship and handling the resolution of requests or more complex issues
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, promoting new products and services
  • Develop retention strategies that help reduce churn and increase customer loyalty
  • Analyze portfolio data and prepare performance reports, generating insights to improve account management strategies
  • Conduct proactive client visits and participate in strategic industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in the Telecom sector, with knowledge of the industry (essential requirement)
  • Solid experience as an Account Manager with a strong focus on retention and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of VAS (Value-Added Services)
  • Intermediate experience with CRM tools (such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills and autonomy to handle more complex account management situations
  • Availability to travel and visit clients
