Bookkeeper

• Primary point of contact for branches and clients regarding accounting-related queries
• Processing accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger tasks
• Managing payment transactions, including dunning/collections and posting bank statements
• Reviewing and posting travel and expense claims
• Supporting daily operations and contributing to specialist projects and ad‑hoc matters

Accounting Clerk – Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

• Zentrale Ansprechperson für Niederlassungen und Kunden bei buchhalterischen Fragestellungen
• Bearbeitung der Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Hauptbuchhaltung
• Steuerung des Zahlungsverkehrs, inkl. Mahnwesen und Verbuchung von Kontoauszügen
• Prüfung und Verbuchung von Reisekostenabrechnungen
• Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft sowie Mitarbeit an fachbezogenen Projekten und Sonderthemen
