About the role
- Responsible for the strategic procurement of construction services and materials in residential construction
- Selecting, evaluating and negotiating with subcontractors, suppliers and service providers
- Concluding framework and work contracts and ensuring contractual compliance
- Analyzing and optimizing procurement strategies, costs and processes
- Close collaboration with project management, site management and executive management
- Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities for cost savings
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration with a focus on construction/procurement, or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in strategic procurement, ideally in building construction
- Confident negotiation skills and solid market knowledge
- Analytical and business-oriented mindset
- Team player with strong communication skills and assertiveness
