About the role
- Professional and organizational leadership of the project management team
- Overall responsibility for residential construction projects from project development to handover
- Management of costs, schedules and quality across all project phases
- Coordination of external project stakeholders (architects, specialist planners, authorities, contractors)
- Development and optimization of project management structures and processes
- Reporting and regular coordination with executive management
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering, architecture, real estate management or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in project management of residential construction projects, ideally in a leadership role
- Excellent knowledge of project development and project control
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
- Confident use of common project management tools
