About the role
- Procure building materials and services for building and turnkey construction projects
- Conduct market analyses and select suitable suppliers
- Request and evaluate quotations
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms and contracts
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of materials
- Collaborate with project managers and site managers to determine requirements
- Maintain and optimize supplier relationships
- Monitor and document order processes and inventory levels
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical training
- Professional experience in procurement, ideally in building construction/turnkey projects
- Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
- Good knowledge of contract management
- Confident user of MS Office and ERP systems
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
