About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own AI features end-to-end – document recognition, classification, auto-drafting of tax responses
Run discovery through interviews, shadowing sessions, and feedback synthesis
Own the product line's roadmap and communicate trade-offs to Engineering, Tax Advisory, and Founders
Set a high visual bar and draft flows, critique components, and ensure high design standards
Define key KPIs and steer product iterations based on data dashboards
Drive the AI frontier and experiment with innovative solutions
Collaborate between Engineering, Tax Advisory, and Clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–6 years in product management in B2B SaaS, FinTech, Finance, Tax, or a comparably complex environment
At least one AI/LLM feature shipped in production – with real evals, prompt iteration, and ownership of cost/quality trade-offs
Genuine empathy for both sides – the advisor under deadline pressure and the client who just wants certainty
Figma fluency at the sketch-and-review level
Excitement for Claude Design is a plus
Uses AI products daily, critiques them, and has strong opinions on their future
Prototypes, tests prompts, wires up integrations, and hacks together what's needed
Structured thinking: MECE, first principles, hypothesis-driven
Excellent English (C2). German is a strong plus
Experience in Finance, Tax, Accounting, or adjacent domains is a strong plus
