• Build the future of tax and accounting using AI.
• Build our internal AI agents, shape the AI stack, and lay the foundations for scaling.
• Grow into leadership as we expand internationally.
• Own major AI features and intelligent agents end-to-end (spec → ship → measure), working closely with our Business Automation Managers and tax experts.
• Implement robust LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, data models, and prompt management systems; make pragmatic architecture choices with high autonomy.
• Ship AI features quickly and iterate based on real user feedback from our internal operations team.
• Hire and mentor junior engineers (if interested) and gain leadership experience as we grow.

Product Manager

• Own AI features end-to-end – document recognition, classification, auto-drafting of tax responses
• Run discovery through interviews, shadowing sessions, and feedback synthesis
• Own the product line's roadmap and communicate trade-offs to Engineering, Tax Advisory, and Founders
• Set a high visual bar and draft flows, critique components, and ensure high design standards
• Define key KPIs and steer product iterations based on data dashboards
• Drive the AI frontier and experiment with innovative solutions
• Collaborate between Engineering, Tax Advisory, and Clients

Senior Product Manager

• You define the product vision and own the roadmap end-to-end – from strategic prioritization to measurable rollout
• You own the journey from idea to launch and deliver real measurable impact
• You run structured discovery with users – interviews, shadowing, feedback synthesis. You become the user’s voice inside the company and continuously improve customer satisfaction
• You hold a high visual bar. You review and edit components, and push back on anything that doesn’t meet the standard. The best tax UX feels invisible
• You define KPIs – Time-to-Filing, automation rate, client satisfaction, advisor efficiency – and steer every feature from data, not instinct
• You push the boundaries of what’s possible with AI and are at the forefront of how AI reshapes product work. Your unstoppable curiosity drives the impact of our product org
