Content Marketing Manager

• Manage organic social media channels from ideation and editorial planning through to the final post
• Conceptualize and produce content for the blog and website, including long-form articles, video snippets, and case studies
• Develop content formats for medium-sized business owners and founders
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and interactions, and actively grow reach
• Contribute to a consistent Skalar brand voice across all channels
• Support production of graphics, reels, and basic video and image assets
• Own content projects from concept through production to publication
• Analyze reach and engagement and derive ideas for future content
• Help implement automations for recurring marketing tasks
• Test and document internal marketing tools and workflows
• Work closely with the GTM team and leverage sales-call and channel data for content development

• Führe laufende Kampagnen, Kanäle und den Content-Kalender weiter
• Übernimm die Verantwortung für MQL-, CAC- und Pipeline-Beitrags-KPIs
• Priorisiere neue Marketing-Kanäle nach ihrem Wirkungsbeitrag
• Halte die Skalar-Markenstimme über Website, LinkedIn, Owned Media und Events konsistent
• Produziere Long-Form-Content, Video-Snippets, Case Studies und Newsletter
• Erstelle Sales-Enablement-Materialien wie Pitch Decks, One-Pager und Battlecards mit dem Founding AE
• Halte den Marketing-Stack aus CRM, Analytics und Automation sauber und dokumentiert
• Steuere bei Bedarf externe Freelancer und Agenturen
• Baue ein übergabefähiges Playbook und dokumentierte Prozesse für die Nachfolge auf
