About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct thorough conflicts checks.
  • Maintain accurate records in the conflicts database.
  • Ensure the seamless operation of the conflicts resolution process.
  • Reviews and analyzes conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts of interest.
  • Collaborates with Conflicts Attorneys and Office of the General Counsel.
  • Communicates with attorneys and staff for conflicts checks and resolutions.
  • Conducts corporate research using internal and external resources.
  • Provides coverage for department functions, including after-hours and weekend support.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years experience in new business conflicts analysis at an Am Law 200 firm is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with conflicts database software, preferably iManage or Intapp.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.
  • Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating and business needs.
