About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct thorough conflicts checks.
- Maintain accurate records in the conflicts database.
- Ensure the seamless operation of the conflicts resolution process.
- Reviews and analyzes conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts of interest.
- Collaborates with Conflicts Attorneys and Office of the General Counsel.
- Communicates with attorneys and staff for conflicts checks and resolutions.
- Conducts corporate research using internal and external resources.
- Provides coverage for department functions, including after-hours and weekend support.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years experience in new business conflicts analysis at an Am Law 200 firm is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with conflicts database software, preferably iManage or Intapp.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.
- Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating and business needs.
