About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct thorough conflicts checks.
Maintain accurate records in the conflicts database.
Ensure the seamless operation of the conflicts resolution process.
Reviews and analyzes conflicts reports to identify potential conflicts of interest.
Collaborates with Conflicts Attorneys and Office of the General Counsel.
Communicates with attorneys and staff for conflicts checks and resolutions.
Conducts corporate research using internal and external resources.
Provides coverage for department functions, including after-hours and weekend support.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
2+ years experience in new business conflicts analysis at an Am Law 200 firm is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with conflicts database software, preferably iManage or Intapp.
Strong attention to detail, analytical and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and sound judgment.
Flexibility to adjust hours to meet operating and business needs.
